    – through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems

II. Data Protection Methods Used by the Administrator

  1. The Administrator periodically changes their administrative passwords.
  2. An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Administrator to process personal data, which includes regular updates of software components.

  1. The Service is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of robi.to.

  4. The hosting company applies various protective mechanisms for personal data, including:
    – protection against unauthorized access
    – protection against data loss
    – login areas and personal data entry points are protected during transmission (SSL certificate).


IV. Your Rights and Data Usage

  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients: authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to fulfill the purpose of the website’s operation.
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than necessary for the activities related to them as defined by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). For marketing data, data will not be processed longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    – access to your personal data,
    – correction,
    – deletion,
    – restriction of processing,
    – data portability.
  4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the Service.
  5. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out with respect to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the Administrator’s direct marketing.
  6. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means we do not send them outside the European Union.


V. Information in Forms

  1. The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if provided.
  2. The Service may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. The Service, in some cases, may save information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a particular form, such as to handle a service request or business contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicate what it is used for.


VI. Information about Cookies

  1. The Service uses cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, especially text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for the use of the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the duration of storage on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s end device and accessing them is the Service operator.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    – maintaining the session of the Service user (after logging in), so that the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service;

  1. If the user does not want to receive cookies, they can change their browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies necessary for authentication, security, user preference maintenance processes may hinder, and in extreme cases, prevent the use of the Service’s websites.
